Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”), California residents have the right to opt out of the “Sale” of their personal information. The CCPA defines the term “Sale” broadly, and includes, the selling, renting, releasing, disclosing, disseminating, making available, transferring or otherwise communicating (collectively a “Sale”) of personal information to another business or third party for monetary or other valuable consideration.
A request to opt out can be submitted in three ways:
- Visit our CCPA Request page
- Email privacy@adpredictive.com – include your name, email address, and a telephone number where you can be reached regarding your request
- Call 888-646-0409 and press 0 to leave your contact information for a return call
We will respond to all verifiable requests as required by the CCPA. Consumers have the option to designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf; we require proof of this authorization before proceeding with the request.
